膜生物反应器( MBR)是高效膜分离技术和传统活性污泥法的结合,能提高反应器中生物污泥的浓度,使出水的有机污染物含量降到最低,能有效地去除COD,对难降解的工业废水也非常有效,但也存在膜污染及膜清洗所带来的影响处理工程的问题。本课题选用在MBR反应器中添加固定组合填料的控制方法,从而减少膜污染,发现能去除85%~95%的COD,出水COD一般在25 mg/L左右,最低小于10 mg/L。通过本次研究为工业废水处理的实际应用提供科学依据和参考价值。

Membrane bioreactor (MBR ) is a highly effective technology in combination with membrane separation technology and traditional activated sludge process. It can improve the concentration of biological sludge in the reactor, the water content of organic pollutants to a minimum, and can effectively remove COD. Industrial waste water is also very effective for refractory, but there are also the effects of membrane fouling and membrane cleaning process engineering problems. The control method of fixing combination packing added in the MBR reactor was selected so as to reduce the membrane pollution. It was found that this method can remove 85% ~95% of COD, COD generally was about 25 mg/L, the minimum of it was less than 10 mg/L. The study provided scientific basis and reference value for the practical application of industrial waste water treatment.
