为测定中药槟榔饮片中铅含量,本实验运用较为便捷的离子浮选法分离富集及灵敏度较高的火焰原子吸光光度法对该样品中痕量铅元素含量进行测定,通过分析测定数据探讨该方法对富集铅的有效性,发现实验所采用的硫酸铵-碘化钾-溴化十六烷基吡啶体系浮选法对铅的分离富集具有较好的可行性,同时该方法具有较高的实用性和准确性,为今后测定待测物质中痕量铅含量提供一条可靠便捷的测定途径。

To test lead content for traditional Chinese medicine areca slice, the experiment choose convenient ion flotation method to separate higher enrichment and sensitivity flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry to test content of trace lead in the sample. According to the analysis of tested data, the effectiveness of the proposed method for concentration of lead were discussed, which was found that the adopted floatation separation of Lead with ammonium sulfate-potassium iodide-cetylpyridine bromide system floating method had better feasibility for the separation and enrichment of lead. At the same time, the method had higher practicability and accuracy to provide reliable and convenient way for lead content of test material in the future.
