建立了清肺理气颗粒的质量标准。采用薄层色谱法对清肺理气颗粒中黄芩、栀子、橘红、桑白皮进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相对黄芩中的黄芩苷进行定量分析。结果表明:薄层色谱法可检出黄芩、栀子、橘红、桑白皮,斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,专属性强。黄芩苷在31.50~504μg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系, r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.63%, RSD=1.76%,所建立的质量标准可有效的控制清肺理气颗粒的质量。
建立瞭清肺理氣顆粒的質量標準。採用薄層色譜法對清肺理氣顆粒中黃芩、梔子、橘紅、桑白皮進行定性鑒彆,採用高效液相對黃芩中的黃芩苷進行定量分析。結果錶明:薄層色譜法可檢齣黃芩、梔子、橘紅、桑白皮,斑點清晰,陰性對照無榦擾,專屬性彊。黃芩苷在31.50~504μg/mL範圍內與峰麵積積分值呈良好的線性關繫, r=0.9999,平均迴收率為97.63%, RSD=1.76%,所建立的質量標準可有效的控製清肺理氣顆粒的質量。
건립료청폐리기과립적질량표준。채용박층색보법대청폐리기과립중황금、치자、귤홍、상백피진행정성감별,채용고효액상대황금중적황금감진행정량분석。결과표명:박층색보법가검출황금、치자、귤홍、상백피,반점청석,음성대조무간우,전속성강。황금감재31.50~504μg/mL범위내여봉면적적분치정량호적선성관계, r=0.9999,평균회수솔위97.63%, RSD=1.76%,소건립적질량표준가유효적공제청폐리기과립적질량。
The quality standard for Qingfeiliqi Granules was established. Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, Citrus reticulata Blanco and Morus alba L. were determined by TLC. Baicalin content was determined by HPLC. Results showed that Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, Citrus reticulata Blanco and Morus alba L. could be identified by TLC, the spots were clear without interference. The quantitative method of Baicalin showed a good linearity in the range of 31. 50 ~504 μg/mL ( r=0. 9999 ) . The average recovery of Baicalin was 97. 63%, and RSD was 1. 76%. It can be used effectively for the quality control of the preparation.
