    Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) has provided a new channel to get knowledge and a new model of learning, which can be proved to be a new learning approach in the internet age. The development history of MOOC was simply combed and summarized, and strategies on the further rapid and benign development of university library service propelled by MOOC were put forward.
