以实现LNG冷能用于干冰及液体二氧化碳( LCO2)回收适合工业化生产的工艺方案为目标，对比传统回收方式，建立LNG冷能回收干冰及液体二氧化碳工艺流程，通过对所设计的工艺方案进行模拟分析，进而从产品产量、产品生产单位压缩功耗和经济性进行优化对比，选择最佳方案。并以LNG气化量为3000 Nm3/h生产干冰工艺进行工程化设计，同时完成优化方案的关键设备选型，其年节电效益可达369万元，具备良好的发展前景。

To achieve a technology program which applied liquid carbon dioxide ( LCO2 ) and the dry ice of LNG cold energy to industrial production recovery, by comparing the conventional recovery methods, establishing the LNG cold energy recovery process with dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide, and conducting simulation analysis of the designed process, the product yield, the unit power consumption of production compression and expenses were optimized. It adopted the best scheme and engineering design of producing dry ice at 3000 Nm3 gastification quantity of LNG per hour and completed the selection of the equipment optimization program, the energy-saving benefits reached up to 3. 69 million yuan, which showed wide prospect of possess.
