针对串接声速排气法,对两个流量特性参数S、b值进行了均方根误差分析,表明该方法所测出的S值和b值可信度高.串接声速排气法可在最佳点测b值,且辅助元件的S值可在很宽的范围内选择,都能保证测出的被测元件的b值的正确性.通常,可以选直通型快换接头作为辅助元件,该接头b值大,且连接方便.该方法的测试设备成本低,测试时耗气量很小,被测件的通径不受限制,但是不能测出口无连接的气动元件.

For concatenation sonic exhaust method, the root mean square error analysis of flow-rate characteristic parameters, S and b val-ues, shows that the measured S and b values are of high reliability. The b values can be measured at the optimum point by the method. A wide S value range of auxiliary components ensures the credibility of the measured b values. The through type one-touch fitting can be se-lected as the auxiliary component, since its b value is big and it is easy to be fitted. The test equipments are of low cost, the test air consump-tion is small, and the measured diameters are of wide range. The concatenation sonic exhaust method is not applicable to pneumatic compo-nents without connectable export.
