目的:通过分析湖北省某医学院校临床本科实习生基本知识培训现状,探讨日常逆向教学法对学生基本知识培训的影响。方法:采取随机抽样方法抽取在湖北省某医学院校附属医院实习的2008级308名本科学生中的120名作为研究对象,并将研究对象分为研究组、对照组,每组各60人。研究组进行逆向教学法培训,对照组按原定计划集中培训,应用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。结果:研究组到课率96.3%,显著高于对照组68.3%(P=0.000);研究组3次基本知识测试成绩分别为80±7.6、83.2±7.5、88.3±7.5,均显著高于对照组的76.2±7.8、78.9±7.4、84.6±6.6(P=0.009、0.002、0.002)。研究组对培训的满意度为86.6%,显著好于对照组的30%。结论:日常逆向教学法能够较好地提升基本知识培训效果,提高培训教学的满意度。

Objective:On the basis of situation of basic knowledge training of practice interns in a medical college in Hubei Province , to in-vestigate the effect of daily reverse teaching to interns’ basic knowledge.Methods:120 of 308 undergraduate interns of a medical college in Hubei province grade,they were randomly double-blind divided into study group and control group, each group of each 60 people.The study group re-ceive daily reverse training and the control group receive regular centralized training, to compare differences of training participation rate, basic knowledge test results, satisfaction survey between two groups with SPSS13.0.Results:Training participation rate of study group was 96.3%, was significantly better than 86.6% of the control group.Basic knowledge test scores of the study group three times after training was 80 ±7.6, 83. 2 ±7.5, 88.3 ±7.5 were significantly higher than the control group’s 76.2 ±7.8, 78.9 ±7.4, 84.6 ±6.6 (P=0.009, 0.002, 0.002).Sur-vey showed that satisfaction 96.3% of study group was significantly better than 86.6% of the control group.Conclusion:The daily reverse train-ing can significantly improve the interns’ basic knowledge training effect and the interns’ training satisfaction.
