目的 探讨足月小于胎龄儿振幅整合脑电图( amplitude integrated electroencephalography,aEEG)特点及其在评价脑发育及脑功能中的意义. 方法 选择2012年8月至2013年2月在本院足月新生儿重症监护病房住院、胎龄31~40+6周的足月小于胎龄儿60例和适于胎龄儿40例. 于生后3天内使用aEEG进行监测记录,采用脑功能监测评分系统进行评分,比较两组新生儿脑功能发育的差异. 结果 足月小于胎龄儿脑功能发育评分明显低于适于胎龄儿,差异有显著性. 结论 足月小于胎龄儿较适于胎龄儿脑功能发育成熟度落后;aEEG可用于患儿的早期监测、疗效评价及预后评估.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of amplitude integrated electroencephalography( aEEG) , and to assess the significance of cerebral development and function of small for gestational age infants at term. Method 60 small for gestational age( SGA) and 40 appropriate gestational age( AGA) infants with a gestational age ranging from 31 weeks to 40+6 weeks who were hospitalized in the Ba Yi Children' s Hospital from 2012. 8 to 2013. 2 were include in this study. aEEG was used to monitor the baby' s cerebral fuction within three days after birth. The sco-ring system and brain function monitoring used to determine the difference of neonatal cerebral function development between the two groups. Result Cerebral function development scores of SGA were significantly lower than that of AGA which with significant difference. Conclusion Compared with AGA cerebral function, the developmental matu-rity of SGA is backward.
