临床医学专业学位研究生综合能力的高低关乎人民群众健康水平和生活质量的提高,其培养核心即临床综合能力(临床技能操作能力、临床思维分析能力及临床沟通能力)。本文阐述了研究生综合能力培养的现状,列举日常工作繁忙、实践机会不多、缺乏独立思考和创新能力、对沟通能力培训不足等一系列临床综合能力培养过程中出现的问题,提出加强临床资料分析能力、增加临床操作机会、建立科学考评及反馈体系、重视人文素质教育等措施,提高研究生临床岗位胜任力,为培养具有良好的职业素质、学习能力和工作沟通能力,掌握较高的临床技能和临床思维能力及创新能力的临床医师打下坚实的基础。

The level of clinical medical professional degree postgraduate comprehensive ability related to improve people's health level and life quality, the cultivation of the core is the clinical comprehensive ability (clinical skills and clinical thinking analysis and clinical communica-tion skills).This article discusses the present situation of the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability, cited day-to-day work of the busy, not many opportunities to practice, lack of independent thinking and creativity, of communication skills training such as lack of a series of clinical comprehensive ability cultivation problems appeared in the process.To solve the problem, proposed strengthening clinical data analysis ability, to increase the clinical operation opportunity, establish a scientific evaluation and feedback system, pay attention to the education of humane quality measures, improve the graduate positions in the clinical competency.In order to cultivate the students with good professional quality, learning a-bility and ability to work and communicate , and have a good command of clinical skills and ability of clinical thinking and innovative clinician to lay a solid foundation.
