为了进一步扩展超声电机在航空航天领域的应用范围,综合研究了共阶梯轴双定/转子超声电机在极端环境下的输出特性。对于这种性能优越的新型超声电机,制作了适用于极端环境的试验样机,进行了真空、高/低温复合环境以及振动环境环境试验研究。探讨了各种环境因素对电机性能的影响。结果表明,真空、高温、低温、振动等环境因素会对电机输出性能产生不同程度的影响,共阶梯轴双定/转子超声电机具备一定的极端环境适应性。该研究为超声电机在航空航天领域的广泛应用提供了参考。
為瞭進一步擴展超聲電機在航空航天領域的應用範圍,綜閤研究瞭共階梯軸雙定/轉子超聲電機在極耑環境下的輸齣特性。對于這種性能優越的新型超聲電機,製作瞭適用于極耑環境的試驗樣機,進行瞭真空、高/低溫複閤環境以及振動環境環境試驗研究。探討瞭各種環境因素對電機性能的影響。結果錶明,真空、高溫、低溫、振動等環境因素會對電機輸齣性能產生不同程度的影響,共階梯軸雙定/轉子超聲電機具備一定的極耑環境適應性。該研究為超聲電機在航空航天領域的廣汎應用提供瞭參攷。

In order to further expand the ultrasonic motor's applications in the field of aerospace, the output characteristics of the ultrasonic motor with single ladder shaft and dual stator/rotor in extreme environments were comprehensively studied. For this novel ultrasonic motor with superior performance, the experimental prototype for extreme environments was manufactured, and two environmental experiments were carried out: one was under environment of vacuum and high/low temperature, the other was under vibration environment. Thus the effects of various environmental factors on the motor's performance were discussed. Experimental results show that the environmental factors of vacuum, high temperature, low temperature, vibration have different effects on the output performance, this novel ultrasonic motor can adapt to extreme environments. These studies offer the reference to extend the applications of ultrasonic motors in the field of aerospace.
