抽水蓄能电站具有调峰填谷和促进电网经济运行的作用,以一定的能源消耗为代价,实现整个系统的节能降耗、电网的安全稳定、用户供电质量的提高等效益。本文对抽水蓄能电站所产生节能减排效益进行了定量评估,细化计算了抽水蓄能电站的静态效益和动态效益,对照系统抽水蓄能电站是否运行的情况下的各项指标数据,分析抽水蓄能的容量效益、移峰填谷效益、动态效益等多项能效指标,将各类效益计算模型封装制作成软件,形成用户友好型交互界面。本文开发的抽水蓄能电站节能效益综合分析系统,可根据输入的实际抽水蓄能电站参数计算当前工作模式的节能减排效益,操作便捷,具有良好的可读性。

The pumped storage power station has effects of peaking and valley-filling and promoting economic operation of power grid, based on cost of energy consumption, which can realize benefits improvement of energy conservation and consumption reduction, safety and stability, and power supply quality of the whole system. In this paper, the benefits of energy saving and emission reduction generated by pumped storage power station is quantitatively evaluated, and its static and dynamic benefits are calculated thinly. Contrast with various indexes of data of pumped storage power station in case of whether operating or not, its capacity and peak-load shifting and dynamic benefits are analyzed, and each kind of benefit calculation model is encapsulated into software with user-friendly interface design. The comprehensive system for energy conservation benefits analysis of pumped storage power station is introduced in this paper, and which can calculate the energy saving and emission reduction benefits in current working mode according to actual input parameters of pumped storage power station, and are easy tooperate and has good readability.
