目的:了解体检人员对体检环境、体检流程、体检质量、服务态度等方面的满意度,收集体检人员对体检工作的需求及合理化建议。方法采取电话回访和现场回访相结合。结果提升体检科在体检人员心中的记忆,进一步加深体检科与体检人员之间的感情,获得了大量真实有效的数据和意见,为整改提供了依据。结论提高体检科在体检人员感知中的认知度、美誉度及公信力度,为建立、完善体检人员健康档案提供后续服务,力求为体检人员建立检后大数据,建立、健全、实施回访制度很有必要。

목적:료해체검인원대체검배경、체검류정、체검질량、복무태도등방면적만의도,수집체검인원대체검공작적수구급합이화건의。방법채취전화회방화현장회방상결합。결과제승체검과재체검인원심중적기억,진일보가심체검과여체검인원지간적감정,획득료대량진실유효적수거화의견,위정개제공료의거。결론제고체검과재체검인원감지중적인지도、미예도급공신력도,위건립、완선체검인원건강당안제공후속복무,력구위체검인원건립검후대수거,건립、건전、실시회방제도흔유필요。
Objective To understand the medical staff of medical environment, medical process, medical quality and service attitude of satisfaction, the demand for medical work and rationalization proposal. Method combined telephone pays a return visit and field visit.
