目的：观察接骨丹对于骨折愈合及骨形成的影响。方法：采用开放性骨折模型制作方法制作大鼠骨缺损模型，通过拍摄胫骨 X 光片，并根据骨折肢 X 片评分标准，对各组大鼠在不同时间段进行相应的评分。在此评分基础上，考察接骨丹对于骨折愈合及骨形成的影响。结果：给药组相较于空白组骨缺损部位骨痂生成良好、骨缺损明显减小、骨折肢 X 线片评分明显高于空白对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：接骨丹对于骨折愈合及骨形成有促进作用。
목적：관찰접골단대우골절유합급골형성적영향。방법：채용개방성골절모형제작방법제작대서골결손모형，통과박섭경골 X 광편，병근거골절지 X 편평분표준，대각조대서재불동시간단진행상응적평분。재차평분기출상，고찰접골단대우골절유합급골형성적영향。결과：급약조상교우공백조골결손부위골가생성량호、골결손명현감소、골절지 X 선편평분명현고우공백대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：접골단대우골절유합급골형성유촉진작용。
Objective: To survey the effects of JieGu pills on the healing of bone fracture and bone formation. Methods: Rat model with bone defect was prepared by the method of open fracture model making, the rats in the groups were scaled in different times by taking tibial X ray and evaluation standards of bone fracture limb X ray. On the foundation, to investigate the effects of JieGu pill on the healing of bone fracture and bone formation. Results:Compared with the blank group, the medication group showed better formation of callus and less bone defects, higher than blank control group in the scales of bone fracture limb X ray obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion: JieGu pill could promote the healing of bone fracture and bone formation.
