目的：探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎(PID)中的应用效果。方法：将157例采用中西医结合治疗的 PID 患者随机分为2组。对照组75例给予常规护理，观察组82例应用 CNP，观察比较2组护理效果。结果：并发症发生率观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05），患者满意率观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05），住院日及住院费用观察组少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：将 CNP 应用于 PID 患者的临床诊治过程中，有利于降低并发症发生率，提高患者满意率，缩短住院时间，降低医疗费用。

목적：탐토림상호리로경(CNP)재중서의결합치료만성분강염(PID)중적응용효과。방법：장157례채용중서의결합치료적 PID 환자수궤분위2조。대조조75례급여상규호리，관찰조82례응용 CNP，관찰비교2조호리효과。결과：병발증발생솔관찰조저우대조조（P＜0.05），환자만의솔관찰조고우대조조（P＜0.05），주원일급주원비용관찰조소우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：장 CNP 응용우 PID 환자적림상진치과정중，유리우강저병발증발생솔，제고환자만의솔，축단주원시간，강저의료비용。
Objective:To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) applied to the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) by integrative medicine. Methods: All 157 patients were randomized into the con-trol group (75 cases), who received routine care, and the observation group (82 cases) who accepted CNP, to observe and compare nursing effects between both groups. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in the complication incidence (P<0.05), higher than the control group in the patients' satisfaction rate (P<0.05), less than the control group in hospitalization days and medical expense (P<0.05). Conclusion: Application of CNP to clinical di-agnosis and treatment for PID patients could help decrease the complication incidence, increase patients' satisfaction rate, shorten hospitalization time and decrease medical expense.
