目的：探讨中医辨证施护在小儿骨折中的临床应用效果。方法：对157例骨折患儿以中医护理理论为基础，结合生理特点，给予生活起居调护、情志护理、饮食调护等辨证施护措施。结果：157例骨折患儿均治愈出院，未发生严重并发症。结论：辨证施护有助于骨折患儿骨折的愈合与康复。

목적：탐토중의변증시호재소인골절중적림상응용효과。방법：대157례골절환인이중의호리이론위기출，결합생리특점，급여생활기거조호、정지호리、음식조호등변증시호조시。결과：157례골절환인균치유출원，미발생엄중병발증。결론：변증시호유조우골절환인골절적유합여강복。
Objective:To discuss the effects of syndrome differentiation and care applied to the children suffering from bone fracture. Methods: On the foundation of TCM nursing theory, 157 patients were nursed from daily life, e-motion and diet combined with their physiological features. Results: All the patients were cured and discharged, no se-vere complication happened. Conclusion: Syndrome differentiation and care is helpful to the healing and rehabilitation of the patients with bone fracture.
