目的：观察对维持性血液透析患者进行中西医结合健康教育的效果。方法：将408例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各204例。对照组给予维持性血液透析的常规健康教育，观察组给予有针对性的中西医结合健康教育。观察2组健康知识掌握情况及健康教育前后焦虑总分。结果：合理饮食、血压达标、内瘘保护、遵医行为、并发症认识等健康知识的掌握程度好于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组重度焦虑发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合健康教育有助于维持性血液透析患者树立健康观念，建立良好的健康行为习惯和生活方式，从而提高患者生活质量。
목적：관찰대유지성혈액투석환자진행중서의결합건강교육적효과。방법：장408례환자수궤분위관찰조、대조조각204례。대조조급여유지성혈액투석적상규건강교육，관찰조급여유침대성적중서의결합건강교육。관찰2조건강지식장악정황급건강교육전후초필총분。결과：합리음식、혈압체표、내루보호、준의행위、병발증인식등건강지식적장악정도호우대조조（P＜0.05）。관찰조중도초필발생솔저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：중서의결합건강교육유조우유지성혈액투석환자수립건강관념，건립량호적건강행위습관화생활방식，종이제고환자생활질량。
Objective:To observe the effects of integrated medicine health education for the patients undergo-ing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods: All 408 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 204 cases each group, the control group accepted routine health education and the observation group corre-sponding health education of integrated medicine, to observe health knowledge grasping conditions and total anxiety scales before and after health education between both groups. Results: The observation group was better than the con-trol group in the grasping conditions of health knowledge including rational diet, blood pressure up to the standard, in-ternal fistula protection, compliance behavior, the understand to the complications (P<0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group in severe anxiety incidence (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated health education is help-ful to establish health concept, build good habits of health behavior and life style, therefore to improve quality of life of the patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
