目的：探讨支气管扩张咯血的中西医结合护理效果。方法：将120例患者随机均分为干预组及对照组各60例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组给予中西医结合护理，观察并比较2组护理效果。结果：平均止血时间干预组为（6.0±0.9）天，对照组为（6.9±1.3）天，；咯血量干预组为（241.4±30.7）mL，对照组为（265.5±53.82）mL。平均止血时间、咯血量2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对支气管扩张咯血患者实施中西医结合护理可缩短止血时间，减少咳血量。

목적：탐토지기관확장각혈적중서의결합호리효과。방법：장120례환자수궤균분위간예조급대조조각60례，대조조급여상규호리，간예조급여중서의결합호리，관찰병비교2조호리효과。결과：평균지혈시간간예조위（6.0±0.9）천，대조조위（6.9±1.3）천，；각혈량간예조위（241.4±30.7）mL，대조조위（265.5±53.82）mL。평균지혈시간、각혈량2조비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：대지기관확장각혈환자실시중서의결합호리가축단지혈시간，감소해혈량。
Objective: To explore the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine care for hmoptysis of the patients with bronchiectasia. Methods: A total of 120 patients were randomized into the intervention group and the control group, the control group were given routine care and the intervention group integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine care. To observe and compare nursing effects between both groups. Results: Average hemostatic time in the intervention group was (6.0±0.9) days, shorter than (6.9±1.3) days of the control group; hemopt-ysis amount of the intervention group was (241.4±30.7) mL, less than (265.5±53.82)mL. The differences between both groups had statistical meaning in average hemostatic time and hemoptysis amount (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine care for hmoptysis of the patients with bronchiectasia could shorten hemo-static time.
