本研究对象碱性疏水12肽粗品因组分复杂,经反相高效液相色谱纯化后其纯度仅有70%,因此,本研究从纯化过程中的进样量以及梯度方式两个方面进行条件优化,最终可得纯度为96.4%的碱性疏水12肽.

In this study, the crude product of 12 peptides was complex and the crude product was com-plex,the purity of the high performance liquid chromatography was only 70%.Therefore, this study was carried out in two aspects: the process of purification, the sample size and the gradient method.Finally, 96.4% of the alkaline hydrophobic 12 peptides can be purified.
