目前,对抽水蓄能电站(抽蓄)移峰填谷带来的经济效益分析仍处于定性层面,为改善这种情况,本文通过建立抽蓄移峰填谷经济效益数学模型对其进行定量化研究。建立模型时,主要采用“有无对比法”来分析抽蓄在移峰填谷过程中带来的节煤降耗效益。运用二次规划法对模型中多约束问题进行求解,同时应用等微增率准则对模型中火电出力进行优化。此外,为提高模型求解效率,本文将所有火电机组进行归一化处理。最后,对某电网中抽蓄带来的节煤降耗效益进行了定量计算与分析。

Mathematical models on benefits of peak load shifting in pumped storage power plant is proposed to take a quantitative analysis on its economic benefits for it is still at qualitative level. In the calculation of the effect of coal saving, it should be considered with and without pumped storage power plant. The proposed optimization model with multi-constraint is addressed by a quadratic programming, and optimizing the thermal power plant to reduce generation cost by an equal incremental cost criterion. The method of normalization processing for thermal power plants is utilized in this paper to improve the efficiency of modeling. Several case studies are presented to illustrate the performance of the proposed optimization model on benefits analysis of peak load shifting in pumped storage power plant.
