以啤酒糟为基质,蛹虫草为出发菌株,固态发酵生产虫草菌素. 用单因素法和正交实验对培养基中的含水量、碳氮源及其浓度和无机盐进行优化. 结果表明:培养基70%含水量、2%淀粉、1%蛋白胨、0.05% KH2PO4和0.05% K2HPO4为最优条件. 在优化的发酵条件下,最大虫草素积累量5000.48 μg/g,较优化前提高了133.99%.

The beer distiller's grains was used as substrate to produce cordycepin from cordyceps sinen-sis to increase the value of agricultural coproducts. Solid state fermentation(SSF) of cordycepin production in cordyceps sinensis were carried out.The single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the media conditions of cordyceps militaris. The study was conducted to explore the optimum media conditions to enhance cordycepin production in SSF. The results show that the optimum conditions were as follows:70% moisture content, 2% starch, 1% peptone, 0.05% KH2PO4 and 0.05% K2HPO4, with 5000.48 μg/g,which improved 133.99% than before.
