采用原位聚合法制备20%毒死蜱微胶囊悬浮种衣剂. 以粒径和包封率为指标对乳化剂种类、囊芯比、调酸时间、固化时间和固化温度等条件进行单因素和正交优化设计.优化后的最佳反应条件为:农用乳化剂SP-EW3336用量3.5%,囊芯比1.0,调酸时间60 min,固化温度50℃,固化时间60 min,制得的微胶囊粒径为1.60±0.06μm,包封率可达77%.

20% Chlorpyrifos-loaded microcapsule suspending for seed coating with the excellent perfor-mance indexes were formulated by in-situ polymerization using powder urea formaldehyde resin as capsule wall material. The single-factor test was designed to study the type and dosage of emulsifier ,the dosage of powder urea-formaldehyde resin,the time of adding acid, the curing time and temperature. The orthogonal test was designed to optimize the conditions of preparing the microcapsules. The microcapsules formulated under the optimized condition had the particle size of 1.60±0.06μm, the encapsulation efficiency of 77%.
