以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)树脂为原料,选择二苯甲酮和水杨酸苯酯为混合稀释剂,乙二醇为芯液,采用热致相分离法(TIPS)制备了PVDF中空纤维膜. 研究了机头温度对制备膜丝的结构与性能的影响. 结果表明:当机头温度在180 ℃~190 ℃时,所得膜丝的力学性能和纯水通量性能最佳.

The effect of die temperature on the properties and structure of the PVDF hollow fiber by TIPS method with dipropyl ketone and phenyl salicylate as mixed dilute was investigated. The results showed that higher mechanical properties and larger pure water flux could be reached when the die temperature was between 180℃ to 190℃.
