目的：探讨2型糖尿病与肺结核诊治特点。方法：对我院2011年1月至2013年6月住院的2型糖尿病合并肺结核的患者274例进行临床分析。结果：早诊断、应用胰岛素控制血糖，血糖达标时间早，痰菌转阴率高，肺结核预后好。结论：良好的血糖控制可改善患者的疗效，缩短疗程，提高治愈率，减少耐药情况的发生。
목적：탐토2형당뇨병여폐결핵진치특점。방법：대아원2011년1월지2013년6월주원적2형당뇨병합병폐결핵적환자274례진행림상분석。결과：조진단、응용이도소공제혈당，혈당체표시간조，담균전음솔고，폐결핵예후호。결론：량호적혈당공제가개선환자적료효，축단료정，제고치유솔，감소내약정황적발생。
Objective:Investigate characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes and tuberculosis. Methods:Clinical analysis of type 2 diabetes in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in January 2011 in our hospital in June 2013 of two cases in hospital characteristics. Results:Early diagnosis and application of insulin to control blood sugar, blood glucose reaches the standard earlier, higher the sputum negative rate, better the tuberculosis prognosis. Conclusion:Good blood glucose control can improve patient outcomes, shorten the course, improve the cure rate and reduce the incidence of drug-resistant cases.
