目的：观察珍菊降压片联合丹参片治疗老年原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：将112例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组、对照组各56例。对照组口服珍菊降压片，1～2粒/次，3次/d；观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹参片，3粒/次，3次/d。2组均连续治疗6个月。比较治疗前后2组患者血压及心率、心肌耗氧指数、左心室肥厚逆转及不良反应发生情况。结果：总有效率观察组为96.43%，对照组为83.93%，观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。2组患者血压均较治疗前降低(P＜0.05)，观察组降低更明显(P＜0.05)。心率及心肌耗氧指数2组治疗后均明显改善(P<0.05)，观察组改善更明显(P＜0.05)。舒张期左心室内径(LVID)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、左心室肌重量(LVW)、左心室体积指数(LVWI)2组治疗后均明显改善(P＜0.05)，观察组改善更明显(P＜0.05)。结论：珍菊降压片联合丹参片治疗老年原发性高血压临床疗效显著，可有效控制血压，降低心肌耗氧量，改善左心室功能。
목적：관찰진국강압편연합단삼편치료노년원발성고혈압적림상료효。방법：장112례노년원발성고혈압환자수궤분위관찰조、대조조각56례。대조조구복진국강압편，1～2립/차，3차/d；관찰조재대조조적기출상가용단삼편，3립/차，3차/d。2조균련속치료6개월。비교치료전후2조환자혈압급심솔、심기모양지수、좌심실비후역전급불량반응발생정황。결과：총유효솔관찰조위96.43%，대조조위83.93%，관찰조우우대조조（P＜0.05）。2조환자혈압균교치료전강저(P＜0.05)，관찰조강저경명현(P＜0.05)。심솔급심기모양지수2조치료후균명현개선(P<0.05)，관찰조개선경명현(P＜0.05)。서장기좌심실내경(LVID)、실간격후도(IVST)、좌심실후벽후도(LVPWT)、좌심실기중량(LVW)、좌심실체적지수(LVWI)2조치료후균명현개선(P＜0.05)，관찰조개선경명현(P＜0.05)。결론：진국강압편연합단삼편치료노년원발성고혈압림상료효현저，가유효공제혈압，강저심기모양량，개선좌심실공능。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Zhenju hypertensive tablet combined with Danshen tablet in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and cardiac protective effect. Methods: 96 cases of el-derly patients with essential hypertension from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Zhenju hyperten-sive tablet, 1-2 tablets / time, 3 times a day; observation group Zhenju hypertensive tablet joint Salvia tablets 3 /times, three times a day treatment, they were observed for 6 months. Re-sults :After treatment, blood pressure in both groups of patients reduced compared with before treatment(P<0.05), the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05) than control group, two groups of patients with changes in blood pressure, myocardial oxygen consumption index of the degree of improvement left ventricular reverse the situation in the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion :Zhenju hypertensive tablets combined with Danshen tablet in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension, which can effec-tively control blood pressure, have a protective effect on the heart, more effective than single-use Zhenju hypertensive tablets.
