目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病所致白内障的临床疗效。方法:将患者(120只眼)随机分为观察组、对照组各60眼,对照组单纯采用白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服龙胆泻肝汤合五苓散,1剂/d,水煎分服。比较2组临床疗效、裸眼矫正率以及6个月时的并发症发生情况。结果:总有效率观察组为93.3%,对照组为80%;7天平均矫正视力对照组为(0.39±0.17),观察组为(0.51±0.23);术后第7天时裸眼脱盲率、裸眼脱残率对照组分别为81.7%、71.7%,观察组为96.7%、90%。临床疗效、7天平均矫正视力、术后第7天时裸眼脱盲率、裸眼脱残率中,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病所致白内障,可提高临床疗效,降低裸眼脱盲率和脱残率以及并发症发生率。

목적:관찰중서의결합치료당뇨병소치백내장적림상료효。방법:장환자(120지안)수궤분위관찰조、대조조각60안,대조조단순채용백내장초성유화인공정체식입술치료,관찰조재대조조치료적기출상가복룡담사간탕합오령산,1제/d,수전분복。비교2조림상료효、라안교정솔이급6개월시적병발증발생정황。결과:총유효솔관찰조위93.3%,대조조위80%;7천평균교정시력대조조위(0.39±0.17),관찰조위(0.51±0.23);술후제7천시라안탈맹솔、라안탈잔솔대조조분별위81.7%、71.7%,관찰조위96.7%、90%。림상료효、7천평균교정시력、술후제7천시라안탈맹솔、라안탈잔솔중,관찰조균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:중서의결합치료2형당뇨병소치백내장,가제고림상료효,강저라안탈맹솔화탈잔솔이급병발증발생솔。
Objective: To survey clinical effects of integrative medicine in treating diabetes mellitus-induced cataract. Methods: All the patients (120 eyes) were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 eyes each group, the control group were treated by phacoemulsification cataract and intraocular lens implantation, the observation group took LongDan XieGan Tang and WuLing powder on the foundation of the therapy the control group received, one dose per day, water decocted. To compare clinical effects, naked eye correction rate and the inci-dences of the complications in six months. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, higher than 80% of the control group; average corrected visual acuity within seven days in the control group was (0.39± 0.17), lower than (0.51±0.23) of the observation group; naked eye vision restoring rate at the seventh day after the op-eration and naked eye disability removal rate of the control group were 81.7% and 71.7% respectively, lower than 96.7% and 90% of the observation group. The observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects, average corrected visual acuity within seven days, naked eye vision restoring rate at the seventh day after the operation and naked eye disability removal rate (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine in treating diabetes mellitus-induced cataract could improve clinical effects, decrease naked eye vision restoring rate, naked eye disability removal rate and the incidence of the complications.
