目的：观察强肾活血疗法联合拜阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予拜阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用强肾活血疗法，持续治疗1个月。观察2组患者治疗前后进行神经功能缺损情况、残障情况、日常生活能力、临床疗效和2年内复发情况。结果：脑卒中量表（NISHSS）评分、改良 Rankin 量表（MRS）评分及巴氏指数（BI）治疗前2组比较无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后与对照组相比，观察组患者 NISHSS 及 MRS 评分均明显降低（P＜0.05），BI增高更明显（P＜0.05）。总有效率观察组为100.00%，对照组为87.5%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2年内复发情况发生率观察组较对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）。结论：强肾活血疗法联合拜阿司匹林不仅可有效改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能缺损、降低致残率，提高患者预后的日常生活能力及临床疗效，同时对预防缺血性事件的发生也有着积极的作用。

목적：관찰강신활혈요법연합배아사필림치료급성결혈성뇌졸중적림상료효。방법：장80례환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각40례。대조조급여배아사필림급아탁벌타정치료，관찰조재대조조치료기출상가용강신활혈요법，지속치료1개월。관찰2조환자치료전후진행신경공능결손정황、잔장정황、일상생활능력、림상료효화2년내복발정황。결과：뇌졸중량표（NISHSS）평분、개량 Rankin 량표（MRS）평분급파씨지수（BI）치료전2조비교무명현차이（P＞0.05）；치료후여대조조상비，관찰조환자 NISHSS 급 MRS 평분균명현강저（P＜0.05），BI증고경명현（P＜0.05）。총유효솔관찰조위100.00%，대조조위87.5%，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。2년내복발정황발생솔관찰조교대조조명현강저（P＜0.05）。결론：강신활혈요법연합배아사필림불부가유효개선급성결혈성뇌졸중환자적신경공능결손、강저치잔솔，제고환자예후적일상생활능력급림상료효，동시대예방결혈성사건적발생야유착적겁적작용。
Objective: To study the curative effect of Qiangshen huoxue therapy combined with aspirin for pa-tients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods: To select 80 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 as the research objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group was 40 cases. The patients of control group were given Bayaspirin, and the patients of observation group were given Qiangshen huoxue therapy on the basis of that, two groups of patients were treated for 1 month. Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of nerve function defect situation, disabled situa-tion and daily life ability, then compared and analyzed the clinical curative effect and recurrence rate in 2 years. Re-sults: Compared with control group after treatment, NISHSS score and MRS score of patients in the observation group were significantly lower, BI was obviously increased, and the number of recovery and excellent were signifi-cantly increased;The incidence of ischemic events of patients in observation group in 2 years was significantly lower than that of the control group patients, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Qiangshen huoxue therapy combined with Bayaspirin not only can effectively improve the neurologic impairment, reduce mor-bidity, improve the activity of daily livingt, and clinical effective patients with acute ischemic stroke after treatment,. and it also produce positive effect to prevent the happening of the ischemic events.
