目的：探讨分级护理干预方法对糖尿病足患者血糖调控与预后的影响。方法：将120例糖尿病足患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例，对照组给予综合治疗与常规护理措施，观察组在此基础上加用分级护理方法，干预周期为1个月。结果：干预后观察组与对照组的有效率分别为98.3%和86.7%，观察组的疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组的腐肉脱净时间、边缘新鲜肉芽生长时间和基底新鲜肉芽生长时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)。空腹血糖与餐后2小时血糖值、疼痛评分干预前2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，干预后2组均明显降低(P＜0.05)，观察组降低更明显(P＜0.05)。结论：将分级护理干预方法应用于糖尿病足患者能有效降低血糖，提高疗效，缩短溃疡创面愈合时间，快速缓解疼痛。
목적：탐토분급호리간예방법대당뇨병족환자혈당조공여예후적영향。방법：장120례당뇨병족환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조각60례，대조조급여종합치료여상규호리조시，관찰조재차기출상가용분급호리방법，간예주기위1개월。결과：간예후관찰조여대조조적유효솔분별위98.3%화86.7%，관찰조적료효우우대조조(P＜0.05)。관찰조적부육탈정시간、변연신선육아생장시간화기저신선육아생장시간명현단우대조조(P＜0.05)。공복혈당여찬후2소시혈당치、동통평분간예전2조비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，간예후2조균명현강저(P＜0.05)，관찰조강저경명현(P＜0.05)。결론：장분급호리간예방법응용우당뇨병족환자능유효강저혈당，제고료효，축단궤양창면유합시간，쾌속완해동통。
Objective:To investigate the blood glucose regulation effects of grading nursing interventions on the diabetic foot patients. Methods:120 patients with diabetic foot were equally divided into observation group and control group based on the random number table, the control group were treated with conventional integrated care measures, and the observation group were added the grading nursing methods, the intervention period were 1 months. Results:After the intervention, the efficiency of the observation group and the control group were 98.3% and 86.7%respective-ly that compared had significantly difference(P<0.05). the carrion removal time, the edges and basal of fresh growth of granulation times of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group , compared to significant differences (P<0.05). the fasting glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose values and the pain scores before intervention between the two groups compared had not statistically significant, and the blood glucose levels and pain scores were significantly lower after the intervention and compared to the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Con-clusion: The grading nursing interventions used in patients with diabetic foot can effectively lower blood sugar , im-prove the efficacy and speed up ulcer healing , relief pain that should be widely applied .
