目的：观察乌头健肾汤治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将150例急性腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组（100例）和对照组（50例）。治疗组采用乌头健肾汤治疗,对照组口服尼美舒利、甲钴胺4周；并以20%甘露醇250 mL 静脉滴注，1次/d，连用1周；0.9%氯化钠500 mL+七叶皂甙钠20 mg 静滴，1次/日，1周。4周为1个疗程，对比观察症状、体征变化，疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、Oswestry 功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果：VAS 及 ODI 评分2组治疗后均明显降低（P＜0.05），治疗组降低更明显（P＜0.05）。治疗组痊愈25例，显效22例，有效45例，无效8例，总有效率92.00%；对照组痊愈8例，显效9例，有效19例，无效14例，总有效率72.00%。观察组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：乌头健肾汤对急性腰椎间盘突出症具有较好的治疗作用。
목적：관찰오두건신탕치료급성기요추간반돌출증적림상료효。방법：장150례급성요추간반돌출증환자수궤분위치료조（100례）화대조조（50례）。치료조채용오두건신탕치료,대조조구복니미서리、갑고알4주；병이20%감로순250 mL 정맥적주，1차/d，련용1주；0.9%록화납500 mL+칠협조대납20 mg 정적，1차/일，1주。4주위1개료정，대비관찰증상、체정변화，동통시각모의평분（VAS）、Oswestry 공능장애지수(ODI)평분。결과：VAS 급 ODI 평분2조치료후균명현강저（P＜0.05），치료조강저경명현（P＜0.05）。치료조전유25례，현효22례，유효45례，무효8례，총유효솔92.00%；대조조전유8례，현효9례，유효19례，무효14례，총유효솔72.00%。관찰조료효우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：오두건신탕대급성요추간반돌출증구유교호적치료작용。
Objective: To explore clinical effects of WuTouJianShen Tang in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation. Methods: All 150 patients were randomly separated into the treatment group (100 cases) and the control group (50 cases), the treatment group were treated with WuTouJianShen Tang, the control group took nimesulide and-mecobalamine for four weeks; and intravenous dripping of 20% mannitol, 250mL, once per day, for one week; 0.9%sodium chloride and sodium asecinate, 20 mg, once per day, for one week. Four weeks were one course of the treat-ment, to observe and compare the changes of the symptom and body signs, visual analogue scale(VAS), Oswestry dys-function index(ODI) scale. Results: VAS and ODI scales of both groups decreased notably after treating in both groups (P<0.05), the decrease of the treatment group was more apparent (P<0.05). In the treatment group, there were 25 cases cured, 22 cases markedly effective, 35 cases effective, eight cases ineffective, total effective rate 92.00%; there were eight cases cured, nine cases markedly effective, 19 cases effective, 14 cases ineffective, total effective rate 70.00%. The observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects (P<0.05). Conclusion:WuTouJianShen Tang is effectivein the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation.
