目的：观察健脾清热法治疗中老年手足慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将106例手足慢性湿疹门诊患者随机均分为2组，2组均给予口服复方甘草酸苷联合外涂卤米松乳膏治疗，观察组同时口服健脾清热之中药治疗，2组均连续治疗3周。结果：瘙痒程度、角化程度、皮损面积观察组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。总有效率观察组为90.57%，对照组为75.47%，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。不良反应发生率观察组为3.78%，对照组为20.75%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：健脾清热法治疗中老年手足慢性湿疹疗效显著，不良反应少。
목적：관찰건비청열법치료중노년수족만성습진적림상료효。방법：장106례수족만성습진문진환자수궤균분위2조，2조균급여구복복방감초산감연합외도서미송유고치료，관찰조동시구복건비청열지중약치료，2조균련속치료3주。결과：소양정도、각화정도、피손면적관찰조명현저우대조조（P＜0.05）。총유효솔관찰조위90.57%，대조조위75.47%，2조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。불량반응발생솔관찰조위3.78%，대조조위20.75%，2조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：건비청열법치료중노년수족만성습진료효현저，불량반응소。
Objective: To survey therapeutic effects of spleen-invigorating heat-clearing method in treating el-derly patients with chronic eczema of hand-foot. Methods: Altogether 106 patients were randomized into two groups, Both groups received oral administration of compound glycyrrhizin and external use of Halometasone cream, the ob-servation group took the herbs to invigorate spleen and clear heat, both groups were treated for three weeks consecu-tively. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in the degrees of itching, keratinization and le-sion area notably(P<0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 90.57%, higher than 75.47% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). Adverse reaction incidence of the observation group was 3.78%, lower than 20.75% of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:Spleen-invigorating heat-clearing method could obtain notable effects in treating elderly patients with chronic eczema of hand-foot with fewer adverse reactions.
