GouQiZi%polysaccharide%extraction technology
目的:优选枸杞多糖的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以枸杞子中枸杞多糖含量和枸杞多糖干膏得率为指标,用硫酸-苯酚显色分光光度法测定其含量,用正交实验法 L9(34)对实验提取料液比(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)3个因素进行考察,确定枸杞多糖的最佳提取工艺,并对最佳工艺进行验证。结果:以枸杞中枸杞多糖含量和枸杞多糖干膏得率为指标,最佳提取工艺为 A3B2C3。结论:由于提取次数从2次增加到3次后多糖的综合评价指数增幅不是很大,考虑到成本的原因,确定最佳的工艺条件为 A3B2C2,即料液比为1:20,回流时间为1小时,提取次数为2次。
目的:優選枸杞多糖的最佳提取工藝條件。方法:以枸杞子中枸杞多糖含量和枸杞多糖榦膏得率為指標,用硫痠-苯酚顯色分光光度法測定其含量,用正交實驗法 L9(34)對實驗提取料液比(A)、提取時間(B)、提取次數(C)3箇因素進行攷察,確定枸杞多糖的最佳提取工藝,併對最佳工藝進行驗證。結果:以枸杞中枸杞多糖含量和枸杞多糖榦膏得率為指標,最佳提取工藝為 A3B2C3。結論:由于提取次數從2次增加到3次後多糖的綜閤評價指數增幅不是很大,攷慮到成本的原因,確定最佳的工藝條件為 A3B2C2,即料液比為1:20,迴流時間為1小時,提取次數為2次。
목적:우선구기다당적최가제취공예조건。방법:이구기자중구기다당함량화구기다당간고득솔위지표,용류산-분분현색분광광도법측정기함량,용정교실험법 L9(34)대실험제취료액비(A)、제취시간(B)、제취차수(C)3개인소진행고찰,학정구기다당적최가제취공예,병대최가공예진행험증。결과:이구기중구기다당함량화구기다당간고득솔위지표,최가제취공예위 A3B2C3。결론:유우제취차수종2차증가도3차후다당적종합평개지수증폭불시흔대,고필도성본적원인,학정최가적공예조건위 A3B2C2,즉료액비위1:20,회류시간위1소시,제취차수위2차。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of GouQiZi (Lycium barbarum L.) polysaccharide. Methods: By taking the contents of GouQiZi polysaccharide and dry extract yield of GouQi polysaccharide as the indexes, the contents were measured by sulphuric acid-phenol reagent spectrophotometry, the extraction ratio of material to liquid (A), extraction time (B) and extraction times (C) were investigated by orthogonal test method L9 (34) to confirm the optimum extraction technology of GouQi polysaccharide, and then to verify the optimal process. Results: With the contents of GouQi polysaccharide and dry extract yield of GouQi polysaccharide as the indexes, the optimum extraction technology was A3B2C3. Conclusion: Since the extraction increases from twice to three times, comprehensive evaluation indexes isn't large, by taking the cost into account, the optimal extraction technology is A3B2C3, which means that material-liquid ratio is 1:20, reflux time is 1h and the extraction times are twice, extraction times are twice.
