目的:考察白术水煎剂对 S180致肝腹水的小鼠外周血中 NO 和 iNOS 的影响,探讨其抗腹水的作用机制。方法:将 SPF 级雄性昆明种小鼠,依体质量随机分为空白组、模型组、腹水用药组(白术水提取物高 G、中Z、低剂量 D3组)、阳性药物组(阳性药:环磷酰胺,CTX 组)共6组,分别按照实验方案给予相应受试药物,S180造模,连续给药7天,分取各组动物静脉血,测定相应指标含量或活性。结果:白术用药组与 CTX 组对 S180致肝腹水的小鼠均有抑制肿瘤的作用;与空白组相比,模型组小鼠外周血中 NO 和 iNOS 的含量明显上升;与模型组相比, CTX 组合白术 G、Z、D 组的 NO 和 iNOS 的含量都有所下降,但各组的 NO 和 INOS 降低率不同。结论:白术水煎剂主要通过调节外周血中 NO 和 iNOS的含量来起到抗 S180致肝腹水的作用。

목적:고찰백술수전제대 S180치간복수적소서외주혈중 NO 화 iNOS 적영향,탐토기항복수적작용궤제。방법:장 SPF 급웅성곤명충소서,의체질량수궤분위공백조、모형조、복수용약조(백술수제취물고 G、중Z、저제량 D3조)、양성약물조(양성약:배린선알,CTX 조)공6조,분별안조실험방안급여상응수시약물,S180조모,련속급약7천,분취각조동물정맥혈,측정상응지표함량혹활성。결과:백술용약조여 CTX 조대 S180치간복수적소서균유억제종류적작용;여공백조상비,모형조소서외주혈중 NO 화 iNOS 적함량명현상승;여모형조상비, CTX 조합백술 G、Z、D 조적 NO 화 iNOS 적함량도유소하강,단각조적 NO 화 INOS 강저솔불동。결론:백술수전제주요통과조절외주혈중 NO 화 iNOS적함량래기도항 S180치간복수적작용。
Objective: To investigate the effects of BaiZhu (Atractylodes macrocephala) decoction on NO and i-NOS in peripheral blood of mice with S180-induced liver ascites. Methods: The mice were randomized into six groups: the blank group, the model group, liver ascites medication groups (high dosage group of BaiZhu decoction G, moderate dosage group of BaiZhu decoction Z and low dosage group of BaiZhu decoction D3) and positive medicine groups (positive medicine: cyclophosphamide, CTX group), all the mice received the corresponding medicine accord-ing to experimental program, the model was prepared with S180, treated for seven consecutive days, and the blood was drawn out from different groups to detect the contents and the activity of the corresponding indexes. Results:BaiZhu and CTX could inhibit tumor of the mice with S180-induced liver ascites; compared with the blank group, NO and iNOS in peripheral blood of mice increased obviously in the model group; compared with the model group, the contents of NO and iNOS in peripheral blood of mice deceased in G, Z and D groups of CTX, but the decrease rates of NO and iNOS in peripheral blood of mice in all the groups were different. Conclusion: BaiZhu decoction could fight a-gainst ascites of mice suffering from S180-induced liver ascites through regulating the contents of NO and iNOS in pe-ripheral blood.
