目的：观察壮药前列舒外洗剂对慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺内血流阻力指数及前列腺按摩液中锌离子含量的影响。方法：将360例湿热挟瘀证慢性前列腺炎患者按症状分为Ⅱ,ⅢA 和ⅢB 型，各型又随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以壮药前列舒外洗剂，对照组予以前列安栓，均以治疗4周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后各组患者前列腺内血流阻力指数及前列腺按摩液中锌离子含量变化情况。结果：前列腺内血流阻力指数及前列腺按摩液中锌离子含量变化，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：壮药前列舒外洗剂可降低前列腺内血流阻力指数、提高前列腺按摩液中锌离子含量。
목적：관찰장약전렬서외세제대만성전렬선염환자전렬선내혈류조력지수급전렬선안마액중자리자함량적영향。방법：장360례습열협어증만성전렬선염환자안증상분위Ⅱ,ⅢA 화ⅢB 형，각형우수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조여이장약전렬서외세제，대조조여이전렬안전，균이치료4주위1개료정。관찰치료전후각조환자전렬선내혈류조력지수급전렬선안마액중자리자함량변화정황。결과：전렬선내혈류조력지수급전렬선안마액중자리자함량변화，치료조료효우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：장약전렬서외세제가강저전렬선내혈류조력지수、제고전렬선안마액중자리자함량。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zhuang medicine Qianlieshu Lotion on prostatic resistance index (RI), Zn2+ of prostatic seclletion in patient with chronic prostatitis (CP). Methods: According to the chronic prostatitis symptom index,assigned by the National institute of Health (NIH) of U.S.A. 360 cases of CP prostatitis(Damp-heat with Blood Stasis syndrome) were divided into three groups: Ⅱ, ⅢA and ⅢB. In each group,the patients were ran-domized into treatment group and control group, treated successively with the Zhuang medicine Qianlieshu Lotion and Qianlie Anshuan. The efficacy was evaluated by the changes of prostatic resistance index(RI), Zn2+ and pH of prostatic seclletion after 4 weeks follow-up. Results: after 4 weeks of treatment, the RI and pH of treatment group descend low-er than that of control group (P<0.05), the EPS-Zn2+ of treatment group increased better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhuang medicine Qianlieshu Lotion can descend RI, increase EPS- Zn2+ in patient with CP, which may be the mechanisms of this therapy in treating CP.
