目的:了解目前我国公立医院绩效评价的研究现状、热点和前景,为改进绩效评价提供理论参考。方法:电子检索并筛选CNKI中有关公立医院绩效评价的期刊文献,编制数据提取表,结果用SPSS 18.0进行统计分析。结果:1993年以来,文献数量呈阶段性特征,期刊分布较分散;作者群尚处于形成阶段,缺乏高产作者,文献平均产出率较低,个人单独研究与小规模合著是研究的基本模式;评价指标体系的设计与构建、评价方法和基本理论探索等主题是研究热点,以社会效益为核心的综合绩效评价成为研究趋势,研究方法以TOPSIS法、层次分析法、KPI关键绩效指标法和平衡计分卡法等为主,评价对象较少针对全院层面,一级评价指标相对集中。结论:目前公立医院绩效评价具有重要参考价值,但在科研队伍的建设、沟通反馈机制的完善、综合绩效评价体系的建立等方面尚需深入研究。

Obje tcive: To study the current status, hotspots and prospects of public hospital performance evaluation in China , so as to pro-vide theoretical recommends for improving the performance evaluation .Mtehods: Relevant articles in the database of CNKI were searched and screened.Data was collected with extraction form, and statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0.Results:Articles were involved from 1993.First, the number of articles showed phased characteristics, and the distribution of periodicals that published these articles was scattered.Second, the author group was still in the formative stage of the lack of prolific authors and the low average productivity of articles;the basic modes of study were the individual study and the small-scale co-authored study.Third, the research hotspots were the design and construction of evaluation index sys-tem, evaluation method, basic theories, etc.Comprehensive performance evaluation, the core of which was social performance, became the re-search trend.The major research methods were TOPSIS method, AHP method,KPI method, BSC method, etc.The evaluation object rarely aimed at the whole hospital;the primary evaluation indexes were relatively concentrated .Conclusion:The current performance evaluation of pub -lic hospital is of great reference value, but further study still needs to be implemented in aspects of constructing research staff , reporting the exam-ples of evaluation application, perfecting communication and feedback mechanisms and establishing the comprehensive performance evaluation system.
