目的：分析边远山区特殊人群血压情况。方法将2014年12月对沐川县域内参加居家养老服务健康体检3301名60岁以上的老人作为研究对象，按照年龄分为60～70岁、70～80岁、80岁以上三组，进行血压的测量、讨论与研究。结果检查结果与体检者年龄、性别等因素密切相关，差异有统计学意义。结论沐川县县域内参加居家养老服务参检者血压异常与年龄、性别等因素具有相关性，高血压患者比例明显低于统计资料高血压患者比例。
