内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司600 MW直接空冷机组在夏季高温时段背压较高,机组出力受阻。针对此问题,经分析研究,设计出一种新型风机叶片:叶片的叶根与叶身设计为一体,保证了叶片受力的连续传递,提高了叶片的强度和刚度;叶片基体材质选用196S树脂;叶片成型后分别进行运转试验、疲劳试验、破坏性试验等检测,以保证叶片的安全运转;经计算选型,风机选用6叶片低噪声YPD叶型。更换新型叶片后,风机风量提高8%,功率降低6.4%,改善了空冷机组夏季高负荷期间背压过大状况,提高了风机运行的稳定性。改造方案可为其他空冷风机改造提供参考。

The output of 600 MW direct air cooling unit in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co.,Ltd. was blocked because of higher backpressure in the high temperature period in summer. To solve the problem above, a new type of blade was designed. Blade root and blade body were designed as a whole to ensure continuously delivery the force to the blade, which improved the strength and stiffness of the blade;196S resin was selected as base material of the blade. Running tests, fatigue tests, destructive testing, etc. has been carried out to ensure the safe operation of the blade;after calculation and selection, 6 low noise YPD airfoil blades have been selected as the fan blades. After replacing the new blades, fan flow was increased by 8%, and power was decreased by 6.4%, the condition of large backpressure of the air-cooling unit was improved during the heavy load period in summer and the stability of the fan was improved. This rehabilitation program can provide a reference for the transformation of other air cooling fans.
