目的:评价复合树脂与不同粘结剂配伍时对牙齿剪切粘结强度及微渗漏的影响。方法:制备牛切牙的牙釉质、牙本质粘结面样本各60个,并按两种复合树脂(Clearfil AP-X、Solitaire 2)与3种粘结系统( Clearfil SE-Bond、iBond ?、Gluma CPS)两两配伍将其各随机分为6组( n=10);制备相应粘结试件;试件经37℃水浴24 h后,用万能力学试验机检测各试件的最大剪切载荷值,计算其粘结强度。另取人离体第三磨牙60个,分别在各牙的颊、舌面中央各制备一个直径3.5 mm、深4 mm窝洞后,按上述同样的方法分组及充填窝洞后,将各试件置于10 g/L的亚甲基蓝液中24 h;然后纵剖各试件,立体显微镜观察充填体边缘的微渗漏情况。结果:同一复合树脂与不同粘结剂配伍时,其粘结强度和微渗漏均存在差异。其中,Solitaire 2树脂与Clearfil SE-Bond粘结剂配伍使用时,其牙釉质和牙本质的粘结强度均明显高于其他各组(P<0.05);3种粘结剂分别与树脂Solitaire 2配伍使用时,各组的微渗漏均明显大于其与Clearfil AP-X配伍使用的各组(P<0.05)。结论:牙齿的粘结强度与微渗漏情况不仅与粘结性能有关,同时也受复合树脂性能的影响。

AIM:To evaluate the shear bond strength and micro-leakage of universal resins with different adhesives. METHODS:60 enamel bonding surfaces and 60 dentin bonding surfaces were prepared. 2 composite res-ins (Clearfil AP-X and Solitaire 2) were matched with 3 different adhesives (Clearfil SE Bond, Kuraray; iBond ?, Heraeus;and Gluma CPS, Heraeus ) respectively. The prepared specimens were randomly assigned to 6 groups ( n=10) according to the matching groups. All the bonded assemblies of composite resin to enamel and dentin were im-mersed in water at 37 ℃ for 24 h, and then used for shear bond strength test. The maximum force was recorded prior to failure of the bond and the shear bond strength was calculated. Class V cavities, 3 mm in diameter and 4 mm in depth, were prepared on the buccal and lingual surfaces of 60 freshly extracted human third molars. The teeth were di-vided into 6 groups (n=10) according to the above method. Adhesive was applied on the cavity wall and the resin was filled. After the resin was cured, the teeth were immersed in 10 g/L methylene blue solution for 24 hours. Each tooth was cut into halves lengthwise and examined by stereomicroscope to assess the presence of microleakage. RESULTS:Significant differences (P<0. 05) in both bond strength and micro-leakage were observed when one composite resin matched with different adhesives. The matching group between Solitaire 2 and Clearfil SE-Bond showed higher bond strength than the other matching groups (P<0. 05). The micro-leakage of the samples of Solitaire 2 was higher than that of the corresponding group applying Clearfil AP-X, irrespective of the adhesive selected (P<0. 05). CONCLU-SION:The tooth bonding strength and micro-leakage are influenced by both adhesive and composite resin properties.
