用高效液相色谱法检测判断α-熊果苷在不同基础环境和不同化妆品基质原料条件下的稳定性、含量变化和氢醌是否产生. 实验结果表明:(1)温度对α-熊果苷稳定性影响不大,10 ℃~60 ℃的范围里,α-熊果苷的稳定性较好,且均未检出氢醌;(2)在pH=4~8的范围里,α-熊果苷稳定性较好,也未检出氢醌;(3)在日光照射下,α-熊果苷的色谱峰面积不随着光照时间的增加而改变; 在紫外光照射下,α-熊果苷的色谱峰面积随紫外照射时间的增加而逐渐减小,但实验结果未发现氢醌生成;(4)α-熊果苷在尼泊金甲酯、脂肪醇聚醚-20、K12-Na、甘油、金属铜离子基础原料的溶液中的稳定性比较好,均未检出氢醌.

용고효액상색보법검측판단α-웅과감재불동기출배경화불동화장품기질원료조건하적은정성、함량변화화경곤시부산생. 실험결과표명:(1)온도대α-웅과감은정성영향불대,10 ℃~60 ℃적범위리,α-웅과감적은정성교호,차균미검출경곤;(2)재pH=4~8적범위리,α-웅과감은정성교호,야미검출경곤;(3)재일광조사하,α-웅과감적색보봉면적불수착광조시간적증가이개변; 재자외광조사하,α-웅과감적색보봉면적수자외조사시간적증가이축점감소,단실험결과미발현경곤생성;(4)α-웅과감재니박금갑지、지방순취미-20、K12-Na、감유、금속동리자기출원료적용액중적은정성비교호,균미검출경곤.
With the fast development of whitening cosmetics research, their safety evaluation has at-tracted more and more attention of consumers and enterprises. In this paper, stability and of α-arbutin and it is probable generating hydroquinone in different basis environments and in different matrix materials of cos-metics were developed. The change of content of α-arbutin and hydroquinone were determined by high per-formance liquid chromatography. The results showed that: (1) the temperature had little effect on the stabili-ty of α-arbutin in the range of 10 ℃ to 60℃ and hydroquinone were not detected. (2) In the range of pH 4-8, the stability ofα-arbutin was also good, and hydroquinone was also not detected. (3) In sunlight, chro-matographic peak area of α-arbutin does not increase with illumination time of change while under UV irra-diation, peak area ofα-arbutin gradually decreases with increasing UV irradiation time; (4)α-arbutin per-formed good stabilities in the solution of the methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, fatty alcohol polyether-20, K12-Na, glycerin and metal ions (Cu2+) respectively and there was no detection of hydroquinone in the solution of α-arbutin.
