目的:探索不同炮制方法对麻黄发汗与平喘药效的影响。方法:制备生麻黄、清炒麻黄及蜜炙麻黄供试液,并制备生物碱、挥发油、醇溶性及水溶性部位。以大鼠为研究对象进行足跖汗液分泌着色实验,比较炮制对麻黄发汗作用的影响,以豚鼠为研究对象进行喷雾致喘实验,比较炮制对麻黄平喘作用的影响。结果:生麻黄、清炒麻黄、蜜炙麻黄的发汗作用由强至弱;挥发油部位、醇提部位、水提部位、生物碱部位的发汗作用由强至弱;生麻黄的挥发油部位的发汗作用最强。蜜炙麻黄、生麻黄和清炒麻黄的平喘作用由强至弱;生物碱部位、挥发油部位、醇提部位、水提部位的平喘作用由强至弱,蜜炙麻黄的生物碱部位的平喘作用最强。结论:炮制降低了麻黄的发汗作用,增强了平喘的效果,还应深入探讨麻黄发汗及平喘的量效关系及作用机制。
目的:探索不同砲製方法對痳黃髮汗與平喘藥效的影響。方法:製備生痳黃、清炒痳黃及蜜炙痳黃供試液,併製備生物堿、揮髮油、醇溶性及水溶性部位。以大鼠為研究對象進行足蹠汗液分泌著色實驗,比較砲製對痳黃髮汗作用的影響,以豚鼠為研究對象進行噴霧緻喘實驗,比較砲製對痳黃平喘作用的影響。結果:生痳黃、清炒痳黃、蜜炙痳黃的髮汗作用由彊至弱;揮髮油部位、醇提部位、水提部位、生物堿部位的髮汗作用由彊至弱;生痳黃的揮髮油部位的髮汗作用最彊。蜜炙痳黃、生痳黃和清炒痳黃的平喘作用由彊至弱;生物堿部位、揮髮油部位、醇提部位、水提部位的平喘作用由彊至弱,蜜炙痳黃的生物堿部位的平喘作用最彊。結論:砲製降低瞭痳黃的髮汗作用,增彊瞭平喘的效果,還應深入探討痳黃髮汗及平喘的量效關繫及作用機製。
목적:탐색불동포제방법대마황발한여평천약효적영향。방법:제비생마황、청초마황급밀자마황공시액,병제비생물감、휘발유、순용성급수용성부위。이대서위연구대상진행족척한액분비착색실험,비교포제대마황발한작용적영향,이돈서위연구대상진행분무치천실험,비교포제대마황평천작용적영향。결과:생마황、청초마황、밀자마황적발한작용유강지약;휘발유부위、순제부위、수제부위、생물감부위적발한작용유강지약;생마황적휘발유부위적발한작용최강。밀자마황、생마황화청초마황적평천작용유강지약;생물감부위、휘발유부위、순제부위、수제부위적평천작용유강지약,밀자마황적생물감부위적평천작용최강。결론:포제강저료마황적발한작용,증강료평천적효과,환응심입탐토마황발한급평천적량효관계급작용궤제。
Objective: To survey the influence of different processing methods on perspiration and relieving asthma of MaHuang (Ephedra sinica Stapf). Methods: Probational liquids of raw MaHuang, fried MaHuang and fried MaHuang with honey were prepared, alkaloid, volatile oil, alcohol soluble and water soluble reigons were established. Rat was performed with plantar sweating secretion tinting experiments to compare the effects of the processing meth-ods on perspiration of MaHuang, guinea pigs were studied in spray inducing asthma experiment to compare the effects of processing on relieving asthma of MaHuang. Results: The order of the perspiration was raw MaHuang>fried MaHuang>fried MaHuang with honey; the perspiration in the order was volatile oil region>alcohol extraction re-gion>water extraction region>alkaloid region; the perspiration of raw MaHuang volatile oil region showed the strongest. The function of relieving asthma was in the order: fried MaHuang with honey>raw MaHuang>fried MaHuang; the function of relieving asthma was in the order: alkaloid region>volatile oil region>alcohol extraction re-gion> water extraction region, alkaloid region of fried MaHuang with honey showed the strongest function of relieving asthma. Conclusion: Processing could decrease the perspiration of MaHuang, increase the effects of relieving asthma, dose-effects relationship of perspiration and relieving asthma of MaHuang and its mechanism should be further ex-plored.
