某电厂2号机组由于微正压装置气源湿度过大、空压机除水能力下降、环境温差大、封闭母线密封不严、TA段母线结构存在问题等原因,造成高压厂用变压器高压侧封闭母线TA段结露、积水,引起放电,最终导致机组跳闸。根据以上原因提出解决措施:更换空压机气源,更换微正压装置的干燥剂,加装气体加热装置,并对高压厂用变压器高压侧封闭母线TA段进行改造等。采取以上措施后,封闭母线TA段结露、积水得以消除,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。

Unit 2 in some power plant was forced to shutdown, because the air source of slight pressure device was too moist, the water removal capacity of air compressors was decling, environmental temperature was quite different, the enclosed busbar had leakage, some faults existed in parts of busbar′s structure of branch circuit TA, which caused the dewing and hydrops in isolated phase busbar in TA section, and further caused the discharge and shutdown. The measures of replacing the air source of air compressor, equipped with gas heating device, and transforming the isolated phase busbar TA section of HV auxiliary transformer high voltage side, eliminated the dewing and hydrops, which ensured the safe and stable operation of the unit.
