This article is aimed to evaluate the unsafe factors of nursing work,develop prevention measures,in order to strengthen the particular management.Develope nursing safety particular management is able to control risk,cultivate the spirit of self-supervision,avoid nursing defects and disputes,and improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction,thus ensure nursing safety.
