目的:了解麻风病人甲状旁腺素(PTH)的变化,探讨其对机体和病情的影响。方法用化学发光免疫法检测麻风病人血液PTH,并用火焰原子吸收法同步检测血钙。结果现症LL型12例有4例PTH下降,现症其它型别16例中仅1例PTH下降,两者下降率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);愈合LL型32例有6例PTH下降,而愈后其它型别40例无1例PTH下降。无论现症病人还是愈后病人,PTH下降都带来血钙同步下降,两者下降正相关联。结论 LL型麻风甲状旁腺主细胞易被麻风杆菌侵蚀,造成腺体实质性损害,引发甲状旁腺素分泌下降,血钙同步下降;甲状旁腺受损后不易修复,其功能低下可能长期持续存在。

목적:료해마풍병인갑상방선소(PTH)적변화,탐토기대궤체화병정적영향。방법용화학발광면역법검측마풍병인혈액PTH,병용화염원자흡수법동보검측혈개。결과현증LL형12례유4례PTH하강,현증기타형별16례중부1례PTH하강,량자하강솔차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);유합LL형32례유6례PTH하강,이유후기타형별40례무1례PTH하강。무론현증병인환시유후병인,PTH하강도대래혈개동보하강,량자하강정상관련。결론 LL형마풍갑상방선주세포역피마풍간균침식,조성선체실질성손해,인발갑상방선소분비하강,혈개동보하강;갑상방선수손후불역수복,기공능저하가능장기지속존재。
Objective To understand effects on the body and illness that the leper parathyroid hormone (PTH) changes.Method Using chemiluminescence immunoassay detection of leprosy patients blood PTH, synchronous detection with fl ame atomic absorption of blood calcium.Result 4 cases of PTH decreased on the current patient LL type 12 cases, only 1 case of PTH decreased on other 16 type current patient .the decrease rate than has signifi cant difference (P<0.01); LL type in 6 cases, 32 cases were healing PTH decreased, while the other type 40 cases of no 1 case of PTH decreased. Whatever the current patient or the prognosis patient, blood calcium synchronous PTH all synchronous decline, the decline is associated.Conclusions LL leprosy parathyroid master cells vulnerable to erosion,and cause glands substantial damage, parathyroid hormone secretion decline, blood calcium synchronous decline; Parathyroid function may persist for a long time when it damaged.
