随着办学体制的多元化以及对优质、多元英语教育需求的增加，我国民营英语培训机构不断涌现，并出现了一些英语培训新兴产业；新技术对民营英语培训机构提出了新的机遇与挑战。为了更好地发挥民营英语培训机构的作用，拟对我国民营英语培训机构管理中存在的问题进行系统分析，并结合相关政策、质量标准以及新技术背景提出管理的网络机制。

The diversification of Chinese schooling system and the increasing demands for suitable high-quality English education make the non-government English training institutions and the relevant industries flourishing. The new technology makes its management face with opportunities and challenges. In order to promote its development and offer better service for the customs, a systematic analysis of the current situation, problems and solutions has been done, which is based on the relevant polices, quality standards and new technological context.
