通过员工间的工作分享使生产线自发地达到平衡状态是自组织生产线最大的优势,高度柔性的生产模式不仅提高了生产线的效能而且节约了生产成本的投入。文章主要对“Bucket Brigades”生产线和超越机制下U型生产线进行分析,发现这两种生产线正是通过员工间高度的工作分享实现了生产线的自组织。

Achieving balance by staff's work-sharing spontaneously is the biggest advantage of self-organizing production line, Highly flexible production mode not only improves the efficiency of production line but saves the cost of production inputs. This paper mainly analyzed the "Bucket Brigades" line and U-type production line with transcendence mechanism, and discovered that it was staff's work-sharing that make this two kinds of production line’s self-balancing come true.
