目的:探讨四妙勇安汤煎汤内服兼如意金黄散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效观察.方法:将70例痛风急性发作患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例,对照组单纯予秋水仙碱口服治疗;治疗组采取四妙勇安汤煎汤内服兼如意金黄散外敷治疗.参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的相关疗效标准来评估疗效.结果:两组疗效比较(治疗组总有效率 94.3%,对照组总有效率 85.7%)及治疗前后尿酸比较治疗组前后差(305±68.2)μmol/L,对照组前后差(190±63.7)μmol/L 均具有显著性差异(P<0.05).提示治疗组疗效优于对照组.结论:四妙勇安汤煎汤内服兼如意金黄散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效值得肯定.
목적:탐토사묘용안탕전탕내복겸여의금황산외부치료급성통풍성관절염적료효관찰.방법:장70례통풍급성발작환자수궤분위대조조화치료조각35례,대조조단순여추수선감구복치료;치료조채취사묘용안탕전탕내복겸여의금황산외부치료.삼조《중약신약림상연구지도원칙》적상관료효표준래평고료효.결과:량조료효비교(치료조총유효솔 94.3%,대조조총유효솔 85.7%)급치료전후뇨산비교치료조전후차(305±68.2)μmol/L,대조조전후차(190±63.7)μmol/L 균구유현저성차이(P<0.05).제시치료조료효우우대조조.결론:사묘용안탕전탕내복겸여의금황산외부치료급성통풍성관절염적림상료효치득긍정.
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Simiao Yong'an Decoction internally combined with Ruyi Huangjin Powder externally in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods: 70 patients with acute gout attack were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with colchicine by oral administration; while patients in the treatment group were treated with Simiao Yong'an Decoction internally combined with Ruyi Huangjin Powder externally.With reference to Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on New Medicines of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the curative effect was assessed.Results: The curative effects of the two groups were compared ( the total effectiveness of the treatment group was 94.3%,while that of the control group was 85.7%) and uric acid compared before and after the treatment (difference before and after the treatment group (305±68.2) μmol/L,the control group and (190±63.7) μmol/L had significant difference (P<0.05),which showed the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The clinical effect of Simiao Yong'an Decoction internally combined with Ruyi Huangjin Powder has accurate effect.
