为了提高军用车辆车载武器的射击精度和稳定性,减小车体振动对武器的影响,借助振动力学理论,构建车体的四自由度动力学模型,并用滤波白噪声法拟合出单轮路面的输入函数,之后利用 Pade 逼近延迟法得到后轮的路面输入函数。使用仿真软件 MATLAB/Simulink 构建车辆系统的仿真模型,并对车辆在不同车速、不同路面行驶时的振动响应进行分析。结果表明,该模型能更好地研究车体的俯仰振动特性。根据仿真结果提出了关于改善车辆振动情况的措施,一是优化悬挂系统性能,二是武器与车体之间采取二级隔振。

In order to improve the stability and shooting accuracy of the military vehicles-mounted weapons,and reduce the vibra-tion impact of on the body of weapons,a dynamic model was developed with four degrees of freedom for the vehicle body based on vibration theory.The input function of the on-road-single-wheel was obtained by filtering of white noise and the rear road input function can thus be obtained with Pade delaying approximation method.Using MATLAB/Simulink simulation we also construc-ted a model for vehicle system and implement analysis on the vibration response of the vehicle at different speeds,coupled with different road surfaces.And the simulating results show that,by this model the pitching vibration characteristics of the vehicle body can be easily analyzed.Finally,based on the findings from this study,several measures for improving the situation of vehi-cle vibration are recommended.
