目的:观察健脾化痰祛瘀方防治腹透相关性腹膜纤维化的临床疗效.方法:按纳入标准选取2013年1月—2015年1月腹膜透析患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例(基础治疗加健脾化痰祛瘀方),对照组(基础治疗)30例.随访6个月,观察治疗前后,腹透患者痰瘀互结临床证候及腹透液中TGF-β1、VEGF、α-SMA及E-cadherin因子水平变化.结果:治疗后,两组组间比较,治疗组临床证候积分及腹透液中TGF-β1、VEGF及α-SMA因子下降水平与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05).腹透液中 E-cadherin 蛋白的表达上升水平与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:健脾化痰祛瘀方有较好的防治腹膜纤维化、保护腹膜功能的作用.
목적:관찰건비화담거어방방치복투상관성복막섬유화적림상료효.방법:안납입표준선취2013년1월—2015년1월복막투석환자60례,수궤분위치료조30례(기출치료가건비화담거어방),대조조(기출치료)30례.수방6개월,관찰치료전후,복투환자담어호결림상증후급복투액중TGF-β1、VEGF、α-SMA급E-cadherin인자수평변화.결과:치료후,량조조간비교,치료조림상증후적분급복투액중TGF-β1、VEGF급α-SMA인자하강수평여대조조비교유통계학차이(P<0.05).복투액중 E-cadherin 단백적표체상승수평여대조조비교유통계학차이(P<0.05).결론:건비화담거어방유교호적방치복막섬유화、보호복막공능적작용.
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huatan Quyu Decoction in the prevention and treatment of peritoneal dialysis-related peritoneal fibrosis.Methods:Sixty qualified patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with digital sorting method.Each group contains thirty patients.Both groups received routine basic treatment and additionally the treatment group received oral use of Jianpi huatan quyu Decoction.A 6 -month follow- was carried out to observe the change in patients on peritoneal dialysis of clinical symptoms and the level of TGF-β1,VEGF α-SMA,E-cadherin expression in peritoneal fluid and the impact of Jianpi huatan quyu Decoction.Results:After treatment,comparison between the two groups,the treatment group clinical symptoms and levels of peritoneal dialysis effluent decrement (TGF-β1,VEGF,α-SMA) were significantly higher (P<0.05).Level E-cadherin peritoneal dialysis effluent is higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huatan Quyu Decoction can prevent or reduce the incidence and progression of peritoneal fibrosis,thus,protecting the peritoneal function.
