从“责任分散效应”在人际关系中的表现出发，分析造成责任分散效应的原因，提出大学生人际关系改善的对策，主要是合理安排大学生宿舍人员、重视传统道德教育、普及心理学知识和发挥心理健康协会等社团作用，以期促进大学生良好人际关系的形成。

The view of this paper starting from analysing performance of decentralized responsibility in interpersonal relation ‐ships ,discussing the cause of decentralized responsibility ,putting forward to improve students’interpersonal countermeasures , mainly include arranging roommate legitimately ,attaching importance to Traditional Moral education ,disseminating psychologi‐cal knowledge and bringing league such as Mental Health Association into play ,in order to promote the formation of students'good interpersonal relationships .
