“翻转课堂”是对传统的教学模式进行重塑，让学生的学习更加个性化和灵活性，学生的学习积极性和学习效率提高，最大程度挖掘学生潜能。顶岗实习是对学生所掌握技能的检验和实践，也是各高职院校人才培养质量的体现。本文将“翻转课堂”引入到顶岗实习中来，从学校的角度来构建一个虚拟的顶岗实习课堂，突破高职院校经贸类专业顶岗实习管控的瓶颈。
“翻轉課堂”是對傳統的教學模式進行重塑，讓學生的學習更加箇性化和靈活性，學生的學習積極性和學習效率提高，最大程度挖掘學生潛能。頂崗實習是對學生所掌握技能的檢驗和實踐，也是各高職院校人纔培養質量的體現。本文將“翻轉課堂”引入到頂崗實習中來，從學校的角度來構建一箇虛擬的頂崗實習課堂，突破高職院校經貿類專業頂崗實習管控的瓶頸。

“Flipped Classroom”is to remode the traditional teaching mode ,let students learn more personalized and flexibility , students'learning enthusiasm and learning efficiency ,maximize the potential of students .Internships is for students to master the skills of test and practice ,is also the embodiment of the quality of higher vocational .This paper will introduce the "Flipped Classroom" to internships ,from the perspective of the school to build a virtual class of internships ,breakthrough bottlenecks of internships to control economy and trade profession .
