为了实现大型集装箱起重机大车机构的快速配置设计,针对该产品设计特点,进行客户需求与反需求分析,设计了基于实例模板的产品虚拟染色体的数据结构。综合考虑实例模板与客户需求的局部相似度及子零部件间的兼容度,建立了产品快速配置设计所需要的数学模型。借鉴生物基因工程、育种学“杂种优良”的原理与方法,提出了一种基于基因聚合的产品快速配置设计算法。通过实例模板亲本的选择、聚合杂交、均匀变异和横交,优化了配置产品的优良特性,得出了产品的最优配置设计方案。集装箱起重机大车机构算例显示,该方法具有优良的收敛性能,能获得更高的顾客满意度,验证了本文模型和算法的有效性。

In order to improve the configuration design efficiency of large-scale container cranes’cart mechanism,according to its design characteristics,requirement and anti-requirement are analyzed.Data structure of virtual chromosomes of case template based product is designed.Synthetically considering partial similarity between case templates and customer requirements,com-patibility among sub-parts,mathematic model for product fast configuration design is designed.By referring principles and meth-ods in biology gene-engineering and ‘hybrid excellence’principles of breeding methodologies,a fast configuration design algo-rithm based on gene polymerization is proposed.Excellent features of product are configured and optimal configuration design is implemented by selecting of parents,polymerization hybridization,uniform mutation and horizontal cross.A design example of cart mechanism of large-scale container cranes is provided and the results show that optimal convergence and customer satisfaction are also achieved,which can test the validities of the proposed model and algorithm.
