为了达到桥梁上部结构预应力混凝土强度和弹性模量双重控制的目标,有必要研究混凝土微结构随龄期的变化规律。本文利用 X 射线计算机断层扫描成像技术(CT 技术)分别对7 d 与28 d 龄期桥梁用 C50高性能混凝土材料细观结构的变化进行观测和图像构建。采用 Image-Pro Plus(IPP)图像处理软件定量分析了混凝土材料 CT 图像,得到了7 d 和28 d 不同龄期对混凝土材料的缺陷率、孔径尺寸、孔洞数的影响。

For the purpose of dual control about compressive strength and elastic modulus on the upper part of bridges,research on concrete of porosity,pore size,pore number had been done in this paper.The X-ray computed tomography (CT)technology was used respectively for 7 days and 28 days age of C50 concrete material.For the purpose of dual control about compressive strength and elastic modulus on the upper part of bridges,the influences of concrete’s porosity,pore size,pore number were con-sidered in this paper.The X-ray computed tomography (CT)technology was used to quantify the microstructures of the concrete specimens with ages of 7 days and 28 days,and the microscopic changes were identified.At the same time,CT images of concrete have been quantitatively analyzed by the image processing software Image-Pro Plus (IPP),and the influence of different age on concrete material,pore size,pore number were obtained.
